All customers will receive tracking numbers for their orders, when the order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. All shipping days are business days and do not include holidays and weekends.
Note: Insurance is not included.

Government charges sales tax for items shipped to: NJ (7.00%).


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return policy details:

# no restocking fee on all returns. (If you return the product within 10 days of delivery.)
# 20% restocking fee on all returns. (After 10 days of delivery).

- You may to request RMA by email or phone
- For all returns you will need to contact us to request an authorization number. Be advised that numbers and specific RMA information are issued by email only. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds and credits are available only after the return has been received, tested and verified for authenticity.
- Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable).
